- "Pending" status: Mean that your application has finished however your payment has not yet completed.
- "Processing" status: Your visa application is being processed.
- "Accepted" status: Your visa application has been processed successfully and the visa approval letter has been finished and uploaded on our site. You can download the approval letter and print it for your trip.
- "Denied" status: Your visa application is being denied and you will be refunded 100%.
- "Canceled" status: Your visa application is being canceled

Getting visa to Vietnam is quite simple and easy now, that is picking up Vietnam visa at Vietnam airport.
After receiving the approval letter from us, you should print it out.
Upon arrival at Vietnam’s airport, go to visa on arrival desk, show the approval letter and fill in a simple form. Please remember to bring at least 2 photos of passport regulation size (04*06cm), 25 USD for stamp fees per person (1 month single) and 15 minutes waiting time. Then you got it.
